The studio doubles as a boutique private hire space for small workshops, team offsites, enrichment classes, coaching sessions, intimate meetings and co-working. At 200 sqft with professional controlled lighting, free WiFi, pantry access, and configurable tables and chairs, it's a creative, aesthetically distinct space that works precisely because it doesn't look like a corporate training room.

Sole access for the full booked duration. No concurrent sessions. Cats are not present unless specifically arranged. Projector available as an add-on.

What's included:

• 4 tables (80×40cm each) — configurable as classroom, boardroom, or workshop layout
