Photography Packages – Terms of Service

By booking a photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Payment can be made via [list accepted payment methods].
  • Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 7 days before the session – Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
    • Within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the session – 50% refund.
    • Less than 48 hours before the session or no-shows – No refund.

3. Session Guidelines

  • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session duration, and extensions may not be possible due to scheduling constraints.
  • The photographer reserves the right to refuse service if the client behaves inappropriately, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Photo Delivery & Usage

  • Edited digital images will be delivered within 10 business days via a secure online gallery.
  • Unedited photos are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • The client is granted personal usage rights to the photos. Commercial use (e.g., advertisements, resale) requires prior written permission.
  • The photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Pet Photography Sessions

  • Owners are responsible for ensuring their pet’s behavior and safety during the session.
  • If a pet becomes uncooperative or aggressive, the photographer reserves the right to end the session early without a refund.

6. Gender Reveal Package Add-Ons

  • The cake provided is included in the package and may contain common allergens (e.g., dairy, eggs, gluten). Clients are responsible for checking for any dietary concerns.
  • Videography add-ons must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

7. Force Majeure

  • If the session cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, government restrictions), we will offer a reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Terms of Service – Baked Goods & Custom Dessert Tables

By placing an order with Pawsitive Bakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Lead Times

Baked Goods

  • All baked goods from Pawsitive Bakes Bakery will be shipped out within 1 week from the order date.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Custom Dessert Tables

  • Custom dessert table orders require a minimum of 1 month’s advance notice to ensure availability and preparation.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
  • Late payments may result in order cancellation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Baked goods are shipped using courier, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Baked Goods

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for resolution.

Custom Dessert Tables

  • More than 14 days before the event – Cancellations are eligible for a refund, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Within 14 days of the event – No refunds will be issued.
  • Date changes may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.

4. Product Information & Allergies

  • All baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and other allergens. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and notify us of any dietary concerns before placing an order.

5. Customization & Special Requests

  • Custom dessert tables include specific items based on the chosen package. Any additional customizations may incur extra charges.
  • Cake stands and extra decorations are available upon request and are subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. If necessary, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

7. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
