This Legal Notice governs your use of pawnekocreativestudios.com and your engagement with the services and products of Pawneko Creative Studios. Please read it in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which form part of the legal framework governing your relationship with us.

All prices displayed on pawnekocreativestudios.com are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Pawneko Creative Studios is not GST-registered — no Goods and Services Tax is added to any price displayed or charged.

Prices are correct at the time of display and may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the point of checkout. A completed payment constitutes acceptance of the price charged.

For international customers, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees — these are outside our control and are not our responsibility.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Pawneko Creative Studios content

All text, photographs, graphics, logos, brand assets, video content, and other materials on pawnekocreativestudios.com and across our social media channels are the property of Pawsitively Neko or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

3.2 Session photographs

Photographs taken during photographer-led sessions remain the intellectual property of Pawneko Creative Studios. Clients receive a non-exclusive, personal-use licence to use their session photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of session photographs requires a separate written commercial licence — contact us to discuss. See our Terms of Service, Section 13 for full image rights terms.

3.3 Third-party intellectual property

Certain workshops and stationery products offered by Pawneko Creative Studios use authentic, licensed merchandise from third-party intellectual property owners. The following notices apply:

4.1 Permitted use

This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of browsing our services and placing bookings and orders. You may not use this website:

• For any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• To scrape, harvest, or collect data from this website by automated means
• In any way that damages, disables, or impairs the website or our systems
• To impersonate Pawneko Creative Studios or any of its representatives

4.2 Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions. Pricing, availability, session details, and product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice. If you identify an error, please contact us.

4.3 Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (including Shopee, SingPost, Google Maps, and our social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites, are not responsible for their content, and linking to them does not constitute endorsement.

4.4 Availability

We aim to keep pawnekocreativestudios.com available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss arising from the website being unavailable.

5. Limitation of liability

These terms are subject to Singapore's Unfair Contract Terms Act (Cap. 396). Nothing in this Legal Notice or our Terms of Service limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Singapore law.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of this website or your purchase of our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, industrial action, government restrictions, or failure of third-party services (including Shopify, HitPay, SingPost, Printful, or Dropbox).
• We are not liable for any damage to your device or data arising from your use of this website.

6. Animal welfare and session-specific notices

6.1 Cat welfare

All cat photography sessions are conducted at the cat's pace. Pawneko Creative Studios reserves the right to pause or end a session early if a cat displays signs of significant stress or distress. Early termination for welfare reasons does not entitle the client to a refund or credit note where the full session time was made available and the termination was initiated out of reasonable care for the animal.

6.2 AVS cat licensing — effective 1 September 2026

6.3 Workshop materials

Journalling and photography workshops involve craft materials including scissors, cutting tools, adhesives, and markers. Participants are responsible for their own safe use of all materials provided. Pawneko Creative Studios is not liable for minor injuries arising from the normal use of craft materials during a workshop session.

6.4 Equipment rental

Equipment rental (Sony ZV-E10, DJI Osmo Pocket 3) is available as a studio rental add-on only. Equipment does not leave the studio premises. A refundable deposit of SGD $150 per item is required. Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal use. Approximate replacement cost: Sony ZV-E10 approximately SGD $1,000; DJI Osmo Pocket 3 approximately SGD $800. Where damage exceeds the deposit, we reserve the right to seek recovery of the difference.

7. Personal data and privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Our data practices are set out in full in our Terms of Service, Section 15.

The data protection contact for Pawneko Creative Studios is the business owner, reachable at pawsitively.neko@gmail.com. You may exercise your right of access, correction, or withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting us at this address. We will respond within 10 business days.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to fulfil your booking or order (Shopify, HitPay, Dropbox, SingPost, Printful, Cowlendar) and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

8. Governing law and disputes

This Legal Notice and all matters arising from your use of pawnekocreativestudios.com and your engagement with Pawneko Creative Studios are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We always prefer to resolve issues informally first. Please contact us at pawsitively.neko@gmail.com before taking any formal action. For consumer disputes, the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) provides a mediation service that is available to Singapore consumers.

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
