Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations:
- More than 7 days before the session – Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the session – 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the session or no-shows – No refund

Baked Goods
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
Custom Dessert Tables
- More than 14 days before the event – Cancellations are eligible for a refund, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Within 14 days of the event – No refunds will be issued.
- Date changes may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
